  Shop content is formed by shop offers. Shop offers are objects of the Offer object type whose Offer Package Type is 'Service Request Shop'. Offer Packages organize offers into meaningful sets.

• Definition of shop categories

  Categories provide the shop content with clear structure. Defining a useful initial set of categories is one of the first steps in setting up the Service Request Shop. Categories administration is done using the 'Service Shop Categories' catalog.

• Modification of shop behaviour using the settings

  Various aspects of the shop functionality can be influenced by shop settings. Shop settings are part of 'SRM & Procurement Settings'.

• Deep-level administration at the level of Valuemation object types

  The core of requesting and procurement functionality lies in procurement-related object types and their relations.
