Categories Administration

Standard starting point for categories administration is the 'Service Shop Categories' catalog found in the 'Requesting Process Configuration' section of the 'SRM Catalogue Manager' sidebar.

• When unfiltered, the catalog lists all existing Shop categories (see 'Categories Visibility in the Shop' below for the distinction between "existing" and "visible" categories).
• The oder of listed categories is derived alphabetically from the 'Order' attribute specified in each individual category (see 'The Hierarchy of Categories' for more information on categories numbering).
• The tree structure of categories is emulated by displaying full category path

• Get an overview of existing categories and their structure
• Create new categories
• Reorder categories
