Procurement Administration

After products or services have been requested, the procurement process proceeds to the next two stages: request approval and request fulfillment. From the administrator point of view, it is necessary to do the following:

• Define the Approval Process

  The approval process can be defined in two ways:

  • by specifying approval rules for the requested products or services. This means specifying criteria on the level of item classes, item types or offers.
  • by specifying a condition not dependent on the actual requested items, for example a condition for the total price.
• Define the Fulfillment Process

  The fulfillment process is configured using Valuemation Business Process Manager.
