Create a Problem according to a Model Ticket

When a new Problem occurs, you can either Create the Problem Directly or create it according to an existing Model Ticket (Problem Model).

Example of a Problem created from Model Ticket:

  1. When a new Problem occurs, go to the 'Problems' catalog.
  2. In the 'Problems' catalog, right-click and select 'Create > Create from Model' from the menu.

  3. Select the model Problem.

    After you select the model Problem and click 'OK', a new Problem is created according to the model Problem. Predefined attributes are already pre-filled according to the model Problem.

  4. Proceed with the Problem creation in a usual way. Fill-in the other fields and click 'OK'

    The Problem will be logged.
