Service Level Agreements

A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a contract (or part of the contract) between a service provider and a customer that specifies in measurable terms the key characteristics of the service to be provided.

In Valuemation, Service Level Agreements are covered by the 'Service Agreement' object type. Service agreements are available from the Service Agreements catalogs found in the 'Services' section of the Service Level Manager sidebar.

  • Service Agreements - All

Catalog displaying all existing service agreements

  • Service Agreements - Top only

Catalog displaying only service agreements at the top of their respective hierarchies

  • Service Agreements by Business Partners

Catalog displaying service agreements filtered by business partners.

    • The 'Business Partner Services' column lists business partners with at least one assigned service agreement. Selecting a business partner in the column filters the catalog so that it displays only the service agreements used by the particular business partner.
    • With no business partner selected, the catalog displays all service agreements.
    • All business partners using a service agreement are collectively displayed in the service agreement's 'Business Partner No.' and Customer Name' columns.
