The assignment of persons to a service is administered in the 'Assigned Persons' reference catalog of the service template/instance editor. Persons can relate to a service in two types of roles:

Each assigned person can assume one service-related functional role (called 'Person Role') such as 'Service Architect', 'Service Level Manager', 'Service Product Manager' etc.

  • Responsibility Role - column 'RAM' in the 'Assigned Persons' reference catalog
