Service Agreements Hierarchy

Service agreements can have a hierarchical structure. This could be used, for example, to reflect the structure of offered services.

• Use the 'Superior Service Agreement' field to select a service agreement superior to the currently edited one
• Use the 'Subordinated Service Agreements' reference catalog (tab) to assign or create service agreements that are subordinated to the currently edited one in the service agreements hierarchy.
