Incoming and Outgoing E-Mails

The lower section of the Ticket editor contains the 'Communication' reference catalog. This catalog enables you to follow the incoming and outgoing e-mails for each ticket.

All e-mails that have been received for the ticket by mail-IN along with all e-mails that have been sent on the basis of the ticket are displayed here. Further information about a particular e-mail can be obtained through the link to the mail object.
