Customer Survey Emails

Customer Survey Emails make it possible to send from Valuemation interactive emails tailored for information gathering and subsequent processing.

In standard Valuemation, the customer survey functionality is provided for the Ticket object type. Customer survey emails can be prepared for any Valuemation object type by creating email templates of the 'Survey' category for the object type.
