New Roles Creation

To create new roles:

• Person Role

  Person roles are administered in the 'Person Roles' catalog found in the 'Service Metamodel' section of the 'Service Level Manager' sidebar. To add a new person role, use catalog action 'Create'.

• Responsibility Role

  Responsibility roles are administered by the 'Responsibility Roles' catalog found in the 'Service Metamodel' section of the 'Service Level Manager' sidebar. Catalog action 'Create' can be used to create a new role within an already defined methodology.

• RAM Methodology

  To add a new methodology, a new value in the 'ResponsibilityRole.methodology' value set must be added in Valuemation Rich Client. This will enable the creation of a new set of responsibility roles.

  In the image below, 'CAIRO' methodology is being added. (CAIRO is a version of RACI model expanded with the 'Out of the loop' role.)
