Workflows

Workflows are the core feature of Valuemation which turns it into much more than just a powerful object database viewer. Valuemations Basic Core Services provide all the building blocks that a powerful object database viewer requires, i.e. select, find, display, edit, alter, delete, create, copy, print. The Basic Core Services also allow for the information to be organized to reflect the business logic rather than the database structure. Using workflows, the basic building blocks of the application itself can be used to adapt and extend the existing functionality so that it fits precise requirements of existing business processes. To sum up, the Basic Core Services provide the foundation and framework of Valuemation while the workflows implement the powerful and adaptable business logic.
