Collecting Requirements

The first step in any planning process is the assessment of future needs. This will probably be done outside Valuemation and the result will eventually take form of new plan items being created within a plan "In Development".

If MS Excel is used to gather the information, csv file import may be used to import the data for further use in Valuemation. (See Importing a Plan From a CSV File.)
