Normal Change

Normal Change refers to changes that should proceed through all steps of the Change Management process.

Normal change is one of three ITIL-defined change types (see also Standard Change and Emergency Change).

The topics in this section describe working with Normal Changes within Valuemation Change Management module. See also 'Raise a New RFC / Change From the Service Shop' for a simplified, end user targeted way of Normal Change creation.
