Creating an Email Template

The creation of an email template includes the following steps:

• Open the 'Email Templates' catalog and create a new object
• In the editor, fill in the name, email type and recipients
• Switch to the 'Object type' tab and fill in additional information
• Create necessary email bodies, take care of email localization
• Optionally, link BO Statuses

Please note that before customization done in Valuemation Rich Client takes effect, the web server has to be restarted.
