Components

All of the Business Objects associated with the Escalation have catalogs which can be accessed from the Sidebar. You need to switch to Valuemation Administration business view, go to "Incident/Problem Management" section and expand the Catalogs > Configuration > Escalations folders to locate the corresponding catalogs:
