Core: CTI Setup

Valuemation client can connect using JTAPI to:

• Cisco Call Manager 4.2 and 7
• Siemens HiPath CAP 2.0

Additionally, Valuemation client can act as a socket server and be asked by another application to invoke processing of “CTI connected” event.

Valueset “CTI.PluginClasses” enumerates above listed CTI connection types.

Content of valueset is defined by USU. When a support of a new connection type will be implemented, new valueset item appears in this valueset. The valueset, except translations, should not be modified by customer.
