Weaker Duplicated Event Recognition Main Parameter

This Main Parameter is to deal with the duplicated reporting of CTI "connected" event. When two subsequent attempts to report "connected" event occurs within 3500ms, only the first one is reported. To fix this phenomenon, it has to be explicitely enabled by a new mainparameter path = "CTI", param = "Plugin01.WeakerDuplicatedEventRecognition" with value = "true" (the parameter is "false" by default).

When the parameter is defined as "true", a new - weaker - condition is used to recognize duplicated "connected" event.

When the parameter is define as "false" (or the parameter does not exist), the original - stronger - condition is used:

Note: The parameter does not exist in the database and has to be delivered to the customer by a special XML file. The original behaviour is preserved in the standard Valuemation installation.

Also note:

• The parameter cannot be created neither by "CTI Administrator Settings" nor by "CTI User Settings".
• The parameter can be either imported by the attached XML or created manually, e.g. from the "Mainparameters" catalog.

• The parameter is of global type (i.e. the user is empty) so it applies to all users using CTI "Plugin01".
