CTI

To integrate telecommunication services and devices with Valuemation, the CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) interface is used.

Valuemation CTI can be accomplished in two ways:

• Server based CTI

  The current CTI technical foundation, the preferred way of the Valuemation CTI solution.

• JTAPI based CTI

  Now deprecated. With the discontinued support of Applets, this way is available in Valuemation for compatibility reasons only.
