Smart Link Chat

USU Smart Link is a self-service application that pools all services and information of a service provider in a single channel. Valuemation uses Smart Link to facilitate fast and simple communication between the end user and help desk personnel. From the end user side, Smart Link can communicate with various platforms and devices, including mobile phones. The help desk personnel interact with Smart Link via Valuemation InfoObject 'Chat'.

The 'Chat' InfoObject has two main uses:

  • The end user contacts help desk with a user problem, initiates ticket creation and carries on communication regarding the problem.
  • Help desk agents can use the InfoObject to communicate between one another.
