Server Based CTI

Valuemation offers a possibility to be notified about a connected incoming call.

When the PBX/CTI server identifies a connected call, it calls the Valuemation webservice with calling and called number arguments. Valuemation finds a user corresponding to the called number and starts a workflow to process the connected call (e.g. "IPC.AcceptCall.ByCTI") in each browser where the user is currently logged.

Note: If there are more users in Valuemation matching the called number, the workflow is started for all of them.
