Release Expired

The option of setting the Release in the expired status is available only if the Release is in the 'Approved for production (RE)' status.

To set the Release in the 'Expired (RE)' status:

1. Open the affected Release.

   The Release editor opens.

2. Click the 'Release expired' button.

   A new Release Description window appears.

3. Fill in the Release description to document the reason of the 'Expired (RE)' status and click 'OK'.

   This status is the final status.
