General

The General tab provides important general authorization type and multitenancy settings.

General tab

The following options are available:

• Activate / deactivate the permission management (see Activating the Authorization Management).
• Activate / deactivate the authorization in workflow scripts
• Activate / deactivate the authorization via SQL
• Set the Multitenancy mode using the "Use Authorization Processor"
• Set the Multitenancy as mandatory
• Set the Multitenancy to have the highest priority
• Set the User variable rights to have the priority higher than any attribute value right
• View user variables

  Enables to view user variables content calculated for selected user through a special workflow. See User Variables topic for more information.

  It runs the workflow that calculates user variables values. This workflow is automatically run on Valuemation start.
