Multitenancy has the Highest Priority

This option is coupled with the authorization (permission) priorities. The priority of the authorization is always evaluated by its type and is processed accordingly.

Currently the authorization priorities go as follows (in descending order):

Multitenancy has the highest priority

Unchecked

Attribute permissions evaluated in the following order:

1.

Field

2.

Variable by Workflow

3.

Variable by Dataset

If the "Multitenancy has the highest priority" check box is set to true, the Datasets receive the highest priority in the process of authorizations evaluation:

Multitenancy has the highest priority

Checked

Attribute permissions evaluated in the following order:

1.

Variable by Dataset

2.

Field

3.

Variable by Workflow

See also 'Multitenancy and Combination of the Rights Priorities' and "User variable rights to have the priority higher than any attribute value right" topics for more information.

This multitenancy setting is valid for all roles, i.e. it is not possible to specify it specifically for individual roles.
