Legacy IMAC Actions

System configuration can be performed in multiple ways:

• Using standard IMAC Service actions initiated from the 'Asset management IMAC actions' dialog.

  These new, wizard-supported actions suitable for standard configuration tasks are described in section 'Standard IMAC Services'.

• Using configuration actions available in the right-click context menu of System catalogs:
  • Configure the System
  • Install Components to Selected Systems
  • Replace Components on Selected Systems
  • Remove Components from Selected Systems

  These are Valuemation legacy , hard-coded actions suitable for more complex configuration tasks, e.g. tasks involving components hierarchy.
