- Ticket Creation
After an event unit has raised an event, the ZIS system automatically creates a ticket in Valuemation.
- Valuemation Update
After an event unit with corresponding Valuemation ticket has been updated by ZIS, the ZIS System automatically updates the ticket in Valuemation by creating additional ticket description(s).
- ZIS Update
After a ticket has been 'responded to' (acknowledge), 'solved' (update) or 'closed' (close), Valuemation automatically changes the event unit.
