Calculating Evaluations

Evaluations calculation puts together evaluations contributed by evaluating persons and relevant data collected during incoming goods. The calculation will probably be performed by the person responsible for supplier evaluations (evaluation administrator).

Calculation can be done for all inputs or it can be narrowed down by selecting a specific object type or even creating a selection condition. conditions It is also possible to select individual objects for evaluation.

The resulting evaluations for each competency are weighted averages for each relevant input. Weight is defined by 'Certainty/Weight' on the input, by 'Competency Weight' specified during each competency setup and optionally also by relevant duration (if 'Inputs duration-weighted' is enabled in the 'Edit: Evaluable Competency' editor.

An already existing evaluation can be recalculated repeatedly. Before each recalculation it is possible to adjust dates or the weight of each input by changing weight points on link object 'Evaluation Input Weight In Result', where there is also detail information on how the input contributed to the calculated result.
