Process Setup

Before the actual evaluation can be performed, the person responsible for evaluations (e.g. a supply manager, possibly in cooperation with local Valuemation administrator) must prepare predefined evaluable competencies, their weights and other settings influencing the evaluation calculation.

In standard Valuemation, the evaluation process is administered mainly from catalogs in the 'Evaluations' folder available in the 'Procurement Manager' sidebar, or in the 'Supplier Manager' sidebar.
