Wizards

As the Workflow Creation Tool offers the possibility to process many complex functions, wizards have been included to help the administrator through the tasks involved in creating/editing a workflow.

Instead of classic dialogs with many entries, the wizard dialog will guide you through all the necessary steps explaining the options at each stage. WCT provides you with three built-in wizards - for the initial setup of the workflow, adding nodes and adding transitions. By default, all wizards are used instead of the classic dialogs.

Note: While the initial workflow setup wizard is mandatory (there you specify the workflow name and whether it should be used as a subworkflow), the Add Node and Add Transition wizards can be switched off in the Options menu on the WCT main bar.
