Action Customizer

Valuemation actions are business object operations available in the GUI. Action Customizer is a tool for actions administration and their mapping to individual application elements.
Action Customizer plays an important role in tailoring the application to the specific needs of customers and their business processes.

Calling the Action Customizer

• Action Customizer is called by the 'Actions' item of the 'Customize' main application menu.
• Another, more convenient way is using action 'Edit Action Assignment' from the right-click context menu of a given Valuemation element.

  For example, the right-click context menu of catalog 'Systems' provides item 'Customize/Edit Action Assignment to Catalog'. This the Action Customizer with tab 'Assign Actions to GUI' preselected for 'Place = Catalog', 'Valid for = Type', 'Type = System'.
