End User

Valuemation Business View: End User

End User is someone out of the business line or IT who is willing to accomplish typical end user tasks such as requesting some Services, Products or creating a ticket at the instigation of a question, complaint or disturbance. The End User will trigger statuses of his reported Tickets and Service Requests. Besides, the End User usually wants to have a brief look at the most important information of his asset systems which are currently related to him.
