Process Role

'Process Role' is assigned to the 'business partner - person' linking object. One and the same person can play different process roles in different business partner assignments.

Process roles supplied in standard Valuemation are: 'Employee (business partner)' - default process role for a new assignment, 'Supplier Relationship Manager', 'Operations Contact', 'Contract Contact' and 'Chief Architect'. More process roles can be added by creating new 'Process Role' objects.

The 'Supplier Relationship Manager' role has (in standard Valuemation) a special position as only persons in this role can process evaluation inputs. This default restriction can be changed in Supplier Manager settings.

Additionally, process roles can be grouped into 'Process Relevance Groups'.
