Create My Contract - My Special Contract

The Contract Manager sidebar provides two special contract creation actions:

'Create My Contract'

Action creates a new contract with the following assignments:

• The current person is assigned in the contract as a related person in the creator role. This means that the current person gets assigned in the 'Related Persons' reference catalog and its 'Person Type' is set as 'Creator'. (This person type cannot be assigned manually.)
• The organizational unit of the current person is assigned in the contract as a related organizational unit in the 'Created by' role. This means that the organizational unit gets assigned in the 'Related Org-Units' reference catalog and its 'Department Type' is set as 'Created By'. (This department type cannot be assigned manually.)
• The 'Internal/External' attribute is set to 'External'.

'Create My Special Contract'

Action creates a new contract with header type 'Special' and the following assignments:

• The current person is assigned in the contract as a related person in the creator role. This means that the current person gets assigned in the 'Related Persons' reference catalog and its 'Person Type' is set as 'Creator'. (This person type cannot be assigned manually.)
• The 'Internal/External' attribute is set to 'External'.

The organizational unit of the current person is not assigned as this is the person's "special" contract.
