This activity gets a Birt report or (a report design and a filter) and outputs the report design. It uses a filter and objects specified either by condition or a given list of objects to generate the XML output stream with data to be rendered by the report later.
Only some combinations of input arguments are feasible (Here there are valid combinations which determine which objects are to be exported):
- Object Type Name, Object Type Filter Condition, Object Type Sortby Expression
- Catalog
- BOs
- Bo
Here there are the combinations which define which Birt report is used:
- Birt Report Definition, Export Filter
- Birt Report Configuration

It exports an ordered list of objects defined by (boTypeName (String), filterCondition (String), sortByExpr(String)) when boTypeName is specified. |

Translate Valueset |
Boolean. If true, the valueset items will be translated. |
Translate Attributes |
Boolean. If true, the attributes will be translated. |
Birt Report Definition |
Used with the Export Filter: InputStream – Birt Report Definition (rpt file) as stream. |
Birt Report Configuration |
The Birt Report Configuration object (defined in Valuemation menu Customize – Birt Report Definitions). |
Export Filter |
Used with Birt Report Definition: The Export Filter for the corresponding object type which defines which attributes are used in the Birt report. The values of these attributes are exported. |
Bos |
It exports the "bos" list when the "bos" list is specified. |
Bo |
When the "bo" object is specified, it exports this particular object. |
Catalog |
The activity uses the catalog and its filter and sort expression to generate an ordered list of business objects which will be exported as xml. |
