Aggregation Functions

Besides standard aggregation functions available in any VM catalog (Sum, Avg, Max, Min) other statistical functions can be used: Count, Product, StdDev, StdDevp, Var and Varp.

Count

Counts the number of objects with non empty values in the specified field.

Product

Multiplies all the numbers in the specified field and returns the product.

StdDev

Estimates standard deviation based on a sample. The standard deviation is a measure of how widely values are dispersed from the average value .

StdDevp

Calculates standard deviation based on the entire population. The standard deviation is a measure of how widely values are dispersed from the average value.

Var

Estimates variance based on a sample.

Varp

Calculates variance based on the entire population.
