Object Types

Object type Ticket is at the core of Valuemation Incident, Problem and Change management. Ticket Class determines whether a ticket object describes an incident, a problem, a change or some other customer interaction object.
Due to this internal connection, object types of the Incident/Problem/Change functionality are shared at the basic level and each module works with a certain set of object types.
