Select the font to be used in the PDF document. By default, Helvetica, Courier and Times Roman are available (as these fonts are generally embedded in PDF engines).
As part of the support of asian languages efforts, several more fonts are supplied to support a broader scope of languages.
Asian and other world languages are supported on two levels:
Level 1: If a specific Asian language is to be used for printing, it is possible to select one of several provided special fonts, namely:
STSong: Chinese, simplified
MHei-Medium: Chinese, traditional
MSung-Light: Chinese, traditional
HeiseMin: Japanese
Hygothic: Korean
Level 2: If a mixed, cross-culture multi-language support is needed, it is necessary to install the Arial Unicode MS font. This font needs to be commercially obtained and installed. The advantage of this font is that it covers virtually all world languages. See the 'Fonts' topic for more information.
