Viewing History for Object Types

To view the history for an object type, run the context menu for a catalog in sidebar and choose the Show history for object type item.

Note: Only if a user is mapped the role 'Auditor', the system shows the Show history for object type menu item in the menu on catalog nodes in sidebar (see Setting Permission for Viewing History for Object Types).

Note: Unless Audit is globally activated and the selected object type has the audit set, the Show history for object type menu item would not be shown.

System opens the catalog 'Audited Changes' (defined for the technical object type AuditedChg).

Note: All history records for an object type are shown in this catalog, thus this is the only way to view history records for deleted objects.
