Viewing History of Related Changes

Related Changes mean all the changes of attributes of an edited object made until each "apply".

Note: Each change of an attribute of an object (if audited) creates one change object (history record) in the 'Audited Changes' catalog. The related changes can be identified by the same Change Group Number.

Related Changes can be viewed from a catalog of audited changes, opened either for an object type or for selected objects. To view the history of related changes, select one object, run the catalog menu and choose the Show history of related changes item.

Note: Only one object can be selected from the catalog of Audited Changes.

Note: Unless the user is set a permission to view related changes, the Show history of related changes menu item would not be shown.
