Expected Changes

All changes to systems and their configuration are documented and can be tracked using the 'Expected Changes' reference catalog in the System Editor.

Example Use Case:

  1. Use the 'Move System(s)...' action on a system.
  2. Go to a catalog of systems, locate the moved system and open it for editing.
  3. In the system editor, look for a section called 'Expected Changes'.

    Note: If the 'Expected Changes' section is not visible in the editor, insert it from the sections selector popup in the upper left-hand corner of the editor.

  4. Expand the 'Expected Details' section. The reference view contains records of all changes performed on the system.

  5. Click the 'Change Details' button to open the change details object for the selected expected change. The object contains detailed information about the respective change.
