Predecessor Reservations

Sometimes it is necessary to make sure that the start or end of one task is synchronized with the start or end of another. This can be done by establishing a predecessor-successor relationship between reservations.

For example, if reservation 1 in our example RM project is a predecessor to reservations 2 and 3, and the predecessor-successor dependency type is set as 'Finish - Start' (the default dependency type), then reservations 2 and 3 automatically start when reservation 1 finishes. Also, if the end of reservation 1 is changed, then the start of reservations 2 and 3 is automatically adjusted.
