Sidebar Actions

In standard Valuemation, the following actions can be found in the Contract Manager sidebar:

• Search for Contracts

  Action opens a search dialog which can be used for searching within the 'Contracts All' catalog.

• Search for Contract Items

  Action opens a search dialog which can be used for searching within the 'Contract Items All' catalog.

• Contract new Items

  Action initiates creation of contract items on the basis of standard requirements, offers or item types. (Selection of source objects is done in the first step of the action.)

• Create My Contract

  Action creates a new contract with specific assignments: the current person and related organizational unit are assigned as contract creators.

• Create My Special Contract

  Action creates a new 'Special' contract with the current person assigned as contract creator.

• Incoming Goods

  The action opens the Incoming Goods window which enables creation of products delivered on the basis of a contract (or an order). This is the first (administrative) step in the incoming of goods.

• Create Components out of Incoming Goods

  The action opens the Incoming Goods Create Components window which enables creation of components from the delivered products. This is the second (technical) step in the incoming of goods.
