Define a Data Object

Data Objects are created from Data Types and are parts of Process. Any data that is to be handled in the process has to have a Data Object.

To create a Data Object:

1. Open a Process, which is in state In Development.
2. Navigate to the Data Objects reference catalog.
3. Use the Create button.
4. Select the Data Type you want to base the Data Object on.
5. Select the Data Object you just created and Edit it.
6. If the Data Type is a collection, select the Collection Type to be used - Iterator/Enumeration.
7. Please do not skip the Details tab, where you can describe the Data Object.
8. Hit the button to save the Process and it's Data Objects etc.
