Create a Lane

Lanes define Groups of participants who handle different tasks. A different Lane is to be added for different Groups.

To create a lane:

1. Edit a Process, that is in state In Development.
2. Right-click on the background of the Modeller to open the context-menu.
3. Lanes can be added/removed or the Lane can be renamed in the Lanes menu.
4. The Lane appears automatically in the model and you can reorganize Float Objects in order to assign these to the lane.

To edit Lane properties:

Open the Process Editor (background context-menu of the modeller -> Edit Properties)

1. Navigate to the Lanes reference catalog.
2. Edit your Lane.
3. Add your Performer with the button.
4. Apply the Lane and Save the Process.
