Notification of Past Changes

When a change in a technical object is attempted, a warning is issued according to the following rules:

  • If the user making the change is different from the user who made the last change (to the same technical object) registered in the log

    AND/OR

  • If the comment of the attempted change is different than the comment of the last change (to the same technical object) registered in the log.

This evaluation is limited by one more condition:

  • Only changes which have not been committed (the Committed flag equals false) are taken into consideration

Notification of past changes (i.e. the warning messages) may be turned on/off by setting the Warn before modification check box in Customizer Settings to true/false.
