Pricing

Performance data, which are assigned to one or more economical terms, must be evaluated with a price. The pricing is likewise steered over tables. Valuemation offers large possibilities for a complex price structuring, e.g. the consideration of tariffs and quantity scales, minimum quantities and minimum values, customer groups etc. Thus Valuemation contributes to an improvement of the resources using a transparent accounting and energizing a cost-conscious acting.

The evaluation fulfills essentially 4 functions:

  • Sum the delivered quantities for each variant, service type and period.
  • Unit conversion.
  • Standardization of the quantities, e.g. system Overhead distribution.
  • Evaluate the quantities with the appropriate prices, with consideration of quantity scales, customer groups, service groups and tariffs.

Basis for pricing is the service catalog and the determined sliding average prices in the context of the price calculation.
