Using the Global Search

To search for a single term:

1. Enter your keyword in the search box.

   By default, all search groups will be searched.

2. Click the 'Search' icon

   OR

   press 'Enter'.

   Now Valuemation will search in the object types' attributes which contain the specified keywords.

   The search results appear immediately below in a drop-down list.

   

3. Optional: Click a search result to call the corresponding editor.

To search for multiple terms:

1. Enter multiple keywords in the search box.

   By default, all search groups will be searched.

2. Click the 'Search' icon

   OR

   press 'Enter'.

   Now Valuemation will search in the object types' attributes which contain the specified keywords.

   Note: The multiple keywords are not just linked with the simple 'OR' logical operator. The Valuemation internal search logic also judges the number of keywords, the frequency of their occurrence and a special internal ranking system in the multiple-term search process.

   The search results appear immediately below in a drop-down list.

3. Optional: Click a search result to call the corresponding editor.
