The Schedule Action Wizard

The easiest way to create schedule an action is to use the 'Schedule Action Wizard'. The wizard can be called from the 'Scheduled Actions' catalog.

The wizard consists of a sequence of seven steps. Let's demonstrate its use with an example of scheduling the following action: a PDF report on current tickets will be created and sent every day at a certain time.
