Setup Administrator Settings

'Setup Administrator Settings' administer the linking of Valuemation with KnowledgeCenter and KnowledgeBase; and setting up ticket-related information flow between the applications. The settings apply to all users.

'Setup Administrator Settings' are called from the 'Knowledge Manager' sidebar.
