How to enable Valuemation CTI
By default, CTI functionality is disabled:
- Web client: CTI applet is not loaded to a browser.
- Rich client will not try to establish a connection to CTI server.
It has to be explicitely enabled. In addition to enabling CTI on application level, CTI has configured be enabled on user level, too.
