Allocation Strategies

Flow objects can be allocated to the responsible user/group either by system or by user. The following Allocation Strategies can be differentiated.

• Random
• Direct Distribution

  Choose the User the task will be handled by

• Deferred Distribution

  The user the task will be handled by will be calculated

• Retain Familiar

  The Task will be handled by the User who was handling last Task in the Lane

• Case Handling

  The Task will be handled by the User who was handling first Task in the Lane
